OTOT2 sauna is one of the most popular gay saunas in Kuala Lumpur placed on two floors. Otot in Malay means muscle. This is the complex consisting of sauna and gym, intended for men only, conveniently located in the central part of Kuala Lumpur. On the ground floor there is a cozy cafe and a well-equipped gym. Gym OTOT2 also offers group classes: aerobics, yoga, etc. The cafe serves snacks.
On the second floor there are rooms for saunas and other places, including a jacuzzi, a shower area, a popular dark area, a relaxating room with TV.
